Can I change an item in my order?
If your order has already been dispatched, and is marked as complete inside your account portal, we are unable to make any changes to it unfortunately.
Don’t worry if your order has already been dispatched. It’s possible to return an within 14 working days as long as the item is in the same condition it was purchased in. Please contact email@example.com to organise a return once you have received your order.

How do I change the delivery address on my order?
If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to it unfortunately. Please contact us if you are unsure of your order's status.
If there are any inaccuracies in your address, your order will be returned to us by Royal Mail or your chosen courier.
We will contact you to organise the reshipment of your order once we have received it back, but please get in touch beforehand if you have any queries or concerns.

This service is handled by Royal Mail in the UK and then delivered by your local postal service. Please see below for a list of areas and estimated delivery times. Please note a duty charge may apply in selected countries outside of Europe. We are unable to refund duty charges applied by the local authorities.

Orders sent on tracked services are traceable after dispatch. Tracking numbers will be supplied shortly after this through email.
